I think it’s always beautiful here. But there is something extra special about this time of year.
As I mentioned in a post last year, every autumn is different. There are endless variations to the color patterns on the leaves and the timing of the changes are dependent on lots of things. So it will never look exactly the same from one year to the next, but it will always be beautiful.
How many of these amazing displays do we get to witness in a lifetime? Of those, how many do we really take the time to soak in?
We could live hundreds of years and we’ll still never see a fall exactly like this one again. And we won’t live hundreds of years.
The leaves are prettiest here in the glow of dusk and dawn. Time to go out and have a long look.
