A few days ago I harvested and hung our garlic.  It looked great coming out to the ground.  We’re hoping it cures well.

Looks good.

A sign of healthy, unpoisoned soil. There are no earthworms on factory farms.

We grew Nootka Rose and Silverwhite. This is the Silverwhite ready to go to the shed.

We tie the garlic to a cattle panel in a shed to hang, dry and cure.

Done. We put fans at both ends to provide air circulation. An unsophisticated system, but it works for us.
