I was all set to post on a controversial theological subject today.  I had my evidence marshalled.  I was really going to set straight those who don’t see this issue the way I do.  I suppose I hoped they’d acknowledge the superiority of my understanding, and fall in line behind me.

Good grief.  Skip that.

I nixed that post, and another one that I had in mind. 

Instead, I’ll let this be today’s offering:

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
