We usually go for a walk after supper. It’s a nice practice we picked up after going on paseos after late dinners in Spain. I miss it when I’m not able to do it.
On clear winter nights the country sky is filled with stars. And we are surrounded by silence. Sometimes snow crunches under our boots. But most of the time the only sounds are those of our voices.
But in the summer, we have to raise our voices to be heard over the crickets and the frogs. There is so much life in the summer on our farm, and it all seems to scream for attention during our paseos.
